Enterprise Match / Legal & privacy

Privacy and choice come first.

Enterprise Match is designed around Candidate choice, position-specific consent, data minimization, factual evidence, identity protection, and Employer responsibility.

Enterprise Match is in staged launch. Candidate enrollment, Employer onboarding, matching, identity release, payment, and applications are not publicly operational.

Data protection

We do not sell your Living Professional Record or Candidate identity. You control your Record. Enterprise Match uses the minimum Candidate, Company-position, account, consent, communication, security, and legal data needed to provide and safeguard the service.

Identity protection

Candidate and Company identities remain protected until the Candidate reviews the specific position, gives position-specific consent, and all required release conditions are met.

Automated-processing limits

Enterprise Match is designed not to use biometric, emotion, personality, voice, face, or protected-trait inference and not to assign the hiring decision to JPC.

Public information boundary

The public site may explain the program, but it does not publish private Candidate Records, Employer records, applications, reports, or identity releases.

Rights and accessibility

Accepted policy preserves correction, dispute, withdrawal, accommodation, privacy, security, and human-support routes before live processing begins.

Current status

Program information is public. Accounts, payments, matching, and live Enterprise Match data remain guarded by operational and jurisdiction gates.
