Help people compete with more than a résumé.
Introduce a practical way to preserve real work, evidence, decisions, and outcomes—so a job search is not limited to titles, dates, and keywords.
JPC Partner Program
Today’s job market asks people to compress years of judgment, problem-solving, and contribution into résumé shorthand. JPC Partners introduce a better starting point: a worker-owned Living Professional Record built from evidence, context, and professional truth.
Applying does not create Partner status, guarantee acceptance, or create a right to compensation. Participation begins only after approval and acceptance of the current Partner Terms.
Five reasons to introduce the Living Professional Record responsibly:
Introduce a practical way to preserve real work, evidence, decisions, and outcomes—so a job search is not limited to titles, dates, and keywords.
Career changes, military transitions, returns to work, and unexpected job loss all create pressure to explain what someone can really do. The Living Professional Record gives that work a durable home.
People can begin with the free, browser-local Record Builder before deciding whether a paid service fits. A referral can create value without forcing a purchase.
Approved, attributable Standard and Premium relationships can produce continuing commission under the current Partner Terms—not just a one-time lead fee.
JPC does not give Partners access to a person’s private Record, credentials, payment data, or protected account. Partners share an approved path; the person keeps control of the record.
The need is different in each life and career moment. The common problem is the same: important work deserves a more complete record than a résumé can hold.
Turn experience from one role or industry into evidence a new employer can understand.
Translate service, leadership, operations, and technical contribution into accurate civilian language.
Reconstruct capability and current readiness without reducing a career break to an apology.
Keep continuity across projects, clients, contracts, and changing professional identities.
Recover work that résumés, old systems, and informal titles have failed to preserve.
Create a worker-owned source record now—before a layoff, transition, or lost access makes reconstruction harder.
JPC may decline or remove participation when the audience, method, claims, data practices, or conduct do not align with the program.

Commission qualifier: Eligibility, attribution, commission base, approval, reversals, taxes, payout timing, and post-termination treatment are governed only by the current Partner Terms and JPC's controlled ledger. Public page text never implies that every click, lead, signup, invoice, tax amount, discount, refund, or disputed payment is commissionable.
JPC may use Uplodio or another approved provider for creator discovery, campaign coordination, or supplemental attribution evidence. Uplodio does not decide Partner status, payable commission, taxes, accounting, entitlement, customer access, or payout. JPC's approved terms and controlled records govern.
