JPC Community Rules

Respectful, private, evidence-honest participation.

The JPC community is intended for respectful discussion about professional evidence, the Living Professional Record, career development, learning, and JPC programs connected to a member's access. Community access is not currently available.

Rules

  1. 1. Treat people with dignity.

No harassment, bullying, threats, hate, stalking, sexual harassment, intimidation, targeted humiliation, doxxing, exploitation, or coordinated harm.

  2. 2. Protect privacy and confidentiality.

Do not post another person's personal information, private messages, credentials, payment details, employer or client confidential information, Living Professional Record content, or another protected item without authority.

  3. 3. Keep private JPC work out of Discord.

Do not post Records, evidence packages, manuscripts, learner reflections, assessment material, rubrics, submissions, reviewer notes, scores, employer or candidate information, authentication secrets, or high-risk data.

  4. 4. Do not impersonate or misrepresent.

Do not pretend to be JPC staff, a moderator, a credential holder, employer, Partner, another Member, or any person or organization you are not authorized to represent.

  5. 5. Keep evidence honest.

Do not fabricate work, credentials, outcomes, references, endorsements, reviews, permissions, or professional evidence. Disclose material AI assistance when silence would mislead.

  6. 6. No scams, deceptive recruiting, or fee schemes.

Do not solicit money, credentials, investments, candidate fees, questionable jobs, multilevel-marketing participation, or unauthorized off-platform transactions.

  7. 7. No spam or unauthorized promotion.

No repeated unsolicited messages, referral drops, affiliate links, mass DMs, audience poaching, or promotion outside approved channels. Approved Partners must follow their agreement and disclosure rules.

  8. 8. Respect consent.

A shared server does not imply consent to DMs, calls, recruiting, sales, documents, romantic or sexual contact, recording, or outside services. Stop contact when asked.

  9. 9. Do not record or redistribute.

Do not record sessions, publish screenshots, quote private-channel discussion, scrape content, or reuse another Member's material outside the intended space without required permission.

  10. 10. Use the right channel and avoid disruption.

Follow channel topics, content warnings, posting limits, moderator direction, and scheduling instructions. Moderators may move, close, label, or remove content.

  11. 11. Advice has boundaries.

Community discussion is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, mental-health, emergency, employment, investment, certification, refund, or other official advice or decision.

  12. 12. Follow Discord and law.

Comply with Discord's current Terms, Community Guidelines, safety requirements, applicable law, and these Rules.

  13. 13. Do not compromise accounts or systems.

No phishing, malware, credential requests, unauthorized bots, self-bots, scraping, access-control bypass, or other security abuse.

  14. 14. Do not evade enforcement.

Alternate accounts, ban or timeout evasion, retaliation, false reports, evidence destruction, deleted-and-reposted prohibited content, and role-control bypass may result in immediate removal.

Report concerns through JPC support and, where appropriate, Discord's reporting tools. Use local emergency services for immediate danger.

Moderation and enforcement

JPC may use reminders, content removal, warnings, timeouts, channel restrictions, role restrictions, suspension, or removal depending on severity, history, risk, and available information. Serious safety, privacy, fraud, security, or abuse concerns may result in immediate action without a prior warning.

Payment does not buy immunity from moderation. Disciplinary action is separate from subscription status. Ending one source of access removes only the roles supported by that source; other current access remains intact.

Members may request a review through support@jeffreypaulchamberlain.com. JPC may preserve limited moderation information needed to investigate, enforce, appeal, secure the community, or meet legal obligations.

Service boundary

Discord provides community and scheduled-program access when those services are offered. It is not a promise of 24/7 human support, immediate moderation, immediate response, unlimited individual assistance, or emergency service. Contact JPC support for account, billing, access, privacy, or safety issues; use local emergency services for emergencies.

Acceptance

Before posting or receiving membership-based roles, each member must accept the current Community terms and rules and complete the JPC account and Discord connection process. JPC records the accepted rules version, acceptance time, account, Discord identity, and resulting access decision.
